RARSfest is presented every year for the benefit and education of amateur radio operators. You do not need to be a licensed "ham" to attend! While at RARSfest, you'll have the opportunity to get or upgrade your license.

Fairgrounds regulations prohibit weapons, pornographic material and pets (Service Animals Only) in the Jim Graham Building. No food or drink may be sold or donated by attendees in the Hamfest building at any time.
